Summary
New Welfare for Politicians Prohibition Act - Prohibits funds appropriated or otherwise made available to the Federal Communications Commission from being expended to impose or enforce any requirement or obligation for the provision of free or discounted television broadcast time for campaign advertising unless such requirement or obligation is specifically and expressly authorized by title III of the Communications Act of 1934.
