Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to develop and implement a basin-wide fish and wildlife management program for the Trinity River Basin in California. Requires that such program include fish habitat rehabilitation, hatchery modernization, and fish and wildlife monitoring in such program. Establishes the Trinity River Basin Fish and Wildlife Task Force to assist the Secretary in establishing such program. Authorizes appropriations for: (1) construction; and (2) fish and wildlife management.
