Summary

Federal Reports Elimination and Sunset Act Amendments of 1999 - Makes a provision of the Federal Reports Elimination and Sunset Act of 1995 which terminates on December 31, 1999, all reporting requirements on a list prepared by the Clerk of the House of Representatives for the first session of the 103d Congress inapplicable to certain reporting requirements under specified Federal provisions and Acts, including: (1) all laws relating to the budget of the U.S. Government; (2) the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985; (3) a decennial census report required of the President; (4) requirements concerning the disposition of excess Federal personal property under the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act; and (5) certain fiscal policy and budget authority proposal reports under the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 and the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974.
