Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior: (1) to convey by patent to Miles City, Montana, specified lands presently encumbered by the Miles City public water system; and (2) to convey to Miles City and to the county of Custer, Montana, such evidence as is necessary to remove reversionary provisions for certain public lands previously patented. Requires any document issued pursuant to such conveyances to contain a reservation to the United States of all mineral rights in such lands.
