International Child Safety Improvement Act of 2002 - Directs: (1) the Attorney General to study and report to Congress on the ability of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to prevent and combat international crimes involving children; and (2) the FBI to coordinate and share information regarding any investigation of international crimes involving children with the International Criminal Police Organization.
