Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified sum to a named Utah corporation in full satisfaction of its claims against the United States arising out of the seizure of the property of the corporation, and the ultimate destruction of its business, under jeopardy assessments made to collect income tax deficiencies which were later determined to be erroneous.
