Summary
Authorizes to be appropriated to the Secretary of the Interior for payment to the government of American Samoa for the purpose of promoting economic development an amount which will not exceed the total of $1,000,000, which shall thereafter be known as the economic development loan fund of American Samoa. States that the grants authorized by this Act shall be made only after the government of American Samoa has submitted to the Secretary of the Interior on the administration of this Act. Provides that the Comptroller General shall have access to any relevant books, paper, or records of the government of American Samoa for the purpose of audit and examination.
