Summary
Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay to a named Indian tribe in Wisconsin, in full satisfaction of any claims against the United States, a sum equal to the damages sustained by the tribe by reason of legislation providing for the per capita distribution of tribal funds and the mismanagement of tribal assets held in trust by the United States.
