Summary

Reporting Requirement Sunset Act of 1994 - Sunsets in five years all congressional reports, except those related to financial accountability. Permits the President to submit any report one additional time after that period if necessary, but only after including in it the reasons for its continuance. Requires the President's annual budget to include a list of unnecessary or wasteful reports.
