Summary
Imposes criminal penalties of up to life imprisonment upon any person who commits a crime of violence while armed with a firearm or other dangerous or deadly weapon. Provides that, in the case of firearms, such prison term shall not run concurrently with the prison term imposed for such crime of violence.
