Summary
YouthBuild Transfer Act of 2005 - Transfers the YouthBuild program from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to the Department of Labor. Repeals authority for the HUD YouthBuild program under the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act. Amends the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 to establish a revised YouthBuild program under the authority of the Secretary of Labor.
