Summary
Fox River National Heritage Corridor Act of 1991 - Establishes in Wisconsin the Fox River National Heritage Corridor. Establishes the Fox River National Heritage Corridor Commission to assist Federal, State, and local authorities in the development and implementation of an integrated resource management plan for the corridor. Requires the Commission to submit to the Secretary of the Interior a Cultural Heritage and Corridor Management Plan, consisting of a consolidation of existing plans. Requires the Secretary to report to the Congress on an assessment of the historic linkage of the Fox River Corridor and the Lower Wisconsin River. Authorizes appropriations.
