Summary
National Fallen Firefighters Foundation Technical Corrections Act of 2000 - Amends Federal law to make technical corrections concerning the National Fallen Firefighters Foundations with respect to: (1) the Foundation's primary purposes which shall include providing for a national program to assist families of fallen firefighters and fire departments in dealing with line-of-duty deaths of those firefighters and to promote national, State, and local initiatives to increase public awareness of fire and life safety; (2) the Board of Director's status and compensation; (3) appointment of employees and officers to the Board; and (4) provision and acceptance of support by the Administrator of the U.S. Fire Administration of the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
