A bill to establish fees for services performed by U.S. marshals.

Summary

Amends provisions specifying fees for services performed by United States Marshals to eliminate the set fees contained therein for all services other than seizing and disposing of property and to authorize the Attorney General to prescribe fees by regulation. Eliminates the maximum amount which a court may tax in a criminal case as marshal fees for services other than summoning witnesses.
