Summary
Establishes the Thomas Cole National Historic Site in Catskill, New York. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire by donation land, improvements thereon, and associated personal property within such Site. Authorizes the Secretary to enter into cooperative agreements with the State of New York and other public and private entities to further the purposes of this Act. Requires the Secretary to develop and submit to specified congressional committees a general management plan for the preservation and use of the Site. Authorizes appropriations.
