A bill to provide for modification of the State agreement under title II of the Social Security Act with the State of Pennsylvania with respect to certain students.

Summary

Provides that the agreement with the State of Pennsylvania (or any modification thereof) entered into pursuant to certain provisions of title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act on voluntary agreements for coverage of State and local employees may, at the State's option, be modified before January 1, 1998, so as to exclude service performed in the employ of a school, college, or university if such service is performed by a student who is enrolled and regularly attending classes there. Makes any such modification irrevocable.
