Summary
Federal Legal Aid Corporation Act - Establish the Federal Legal Aid Corporation to disburse funds to States which have adopted plans to use such funds to provide legal services for indigent persons seeking to enforce civil claims. Permits such persons to select their own attorneys who shall be paid for services rendered. Prohibits such attorneys from engaging in political or lobbying activity while receiving funds under this Act. Abolishes the Legal Services Corporation.
