Summary

Childhood Vaccine Supply Act of 2002 - Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to require a sole manufacturer of a biological product (currently, a drug) subject to licensure to notify the Secretary of Health and Human Services no later than one year before discontinuing its manufacture. Permits a shorter notification period if the manufacturer can continue the distribution of the product involved for one year. Authorizes the Secretary to purchase pediatric and adult vaccines for national stockpiles using preventive health services project grant funds.
