Summary
Authorizes the use of Government-owned or Government-leased motor vehicles (other than aircraft or motor boats) in Alaska and other isolated locations, where safe and practical means of transportation are not available, by United States Government officers, employees, and their dependents. (Amends 31 U.S.C. 638a)
