Summary
This bill increases the thresholds by which Department of Veterans Affairs medical facility projects and medical facility leases are considered major projects or major leases. Project thresholds are increased from $10 million to $20 million and lease thresholds are increased from an average annual rental rate exceeding $1 million to an average annual rental rate exceeding $1.5 million. (Major project or lease designation requires additional funding, administrative, and approval criteria.)
