Summary
Prohibits any toll from being collected from any military vehicle or equipment owned by the Department of Defense for the use of any toll highway, bridge, tunnel, or ferry when such vehicle or equipment is under actual physical control of a member of the armed forces. Requires any such toll facility, during a period of national emergency declared by the President and upon request of the Secretary of Defense, to reserve a toll lane for the exclusive use of such vehicles or equipment.
