Summary

Wellton-Mohawk Title Transfer Act of 1998 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to carry out the provisions of a memorandum of agreement entered into between the Secretary and the Wellton-Mohawk Irrigation and Drainage District, Arizona, which authorizes the Secretary to convey to Wellton-Mohawk certain public works, facilities, and titles of the Gila Project and designated lands within or adjacent to such Project. Authorizes and directs the Secretary to continue certain water and power delivery to Wellton-Mohawk. Provides agricultural return flow requirements for Wellton-Mohawk. Requires a report from the Secretary to specified congressional committees on the status of the transfer, any obstacles, and the anticipated transfer date. Authorizes appropriations.
