Summary

Amends the United Nations Participation Act of 1945 to prohibit any member of the armed forces from being placed under, or participating in an international standing armed military force of, the United Nations, unless approved by the Congress by enactment of an Act or joint resolution. Prohibits any member of the armed forces from being required to wear any uniform item or insignia which indicates an allegiance to or affiliation with the United Nations.
