Summary
Nuclear Career Incentive Act - Provides that officers of the naval service who are designated as qualified for duty in connection with the supervision, operation, and maintenance of naval nuclear propulsion plants, or are in training that leads to such qualification, and who are entitled to basic pay shall be entitled to continuous monthly incentive pay in the amount set forth in this Act. Requires the Secretary of the Navy to make annual reports to the Armed Services Committees containing data to monitor the effectiveness of this Act. (Adds 37 U.S.C. 312(b))
