Summary

Prohibits the Secretary of the Army from determining a 45-acre cabin site at Conchas Lake, New Mexico to be in excess of project needs prior to 1996, unless such determination is agreed to by the Governor of New Mexico. Prohibits the Secretary from requiring the removal or sale and purchase of cabins or other privately owned improvements unless agreed to by the Governor of New Mexico.
