Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to eliminate, in the case of individuals medically determined to have acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), the requirement that an individual be entitled to disability benefits for at least 24 consecutive months in order to qualify for hospital insurance benefits under part A (Hospital Insurance) of title XVIII (Medicare) of the Act.
