Summary
Modifies the Fort Gibson Lake project, Oklahoma, authorized by the Flood Control Act of 1941, to direct the Secretary of the Army to plan, design, and construct repairs to Whitehorn and Toppers roads to reasonable standards, if: (1) such standards meet the minimum standards required by the affected county; and (2) the non-Federal interests agree to operate and maintain such facilities at their own expense.
