Ballistic Missile, Nuclear, Chemical, Biological Weapons Nonproliferation Support Act of 1991 - Prohibits the import of goods or services into the United States or its territories or possessions that are produced or provided by companies that knowingly participated in the Iraqi or North Korean programs to develop ballistic missiles or nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons. States that the President should request international cooperation to halt further assistance to Iraq or North Korea.
