Summary

United States-Vietnam Trade Relations Act - Directs the President to report to the Congress on May 31, 1992, on the extent of cooperation demonstrated by Vietnam in the resolution of all outstanding POW-MIA cases, the release and voluntary departure of reeducation camp detainees, and the implementation of the United Nations Accord of October 23, 1991. Provides for the lifting of the trade embargo against Vietnam if the report indicates cooperation by Vietnam.
