Summary
Saguaro National Monument Protection Act of 1992 - Revises the boundary of the Saguaro National Monument in Arizona to include certain lands within the Gila and Salt Rivers Meridian and authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire them. Withdraws Federal lands within the expansion area from public land, U.S. mining, mineral leasing, and related laws. Directs the Secretary to amend the Monument's general management plan with respect to the use and management of the expansion area. Authorizes appropriations.
