Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1994, the duty on 1,3-benzenadicarboxamide, 5-(acetyl(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)amino)-N-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-n- (2-hydroxyethyl)-2,4,6,-trilode (also known as ioxilan).
