Summary
Requires the U.S. Custom Service, upon request, to reliquidate: (1) certain entries of printing cartridges containing any merchandise, which at the time of original liquidation, had been classified under provisions of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule relating to parts of facsimile machines; and (2) certain merchandise under the Schedule relating to parts and accessories of the machines, at the rate of duty then applicable for such merchandise.
