Requires the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) to submit to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and the House of Representatives Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence any Presidential Daily Briefing, or any portion of a Briefing, of the Director of Central Intelligence during the period January 20, 1997-March 19, 2003, that refers to Iraq or otherwise addresses Iraq in any fashion.
