Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to construct, operate, and maintain the McGee Creek project, Oklahoma, for the purpose of: (1) storing, regulating, and conveying water for municipal and industrial use; (2) conserving and developing fish and wildlife resources; and (3) providing recreation and controlling floods. Authorizes the appropriation of $40,000,000, plus or minus such amounts as may be justified by reason of ordinary fluctuations in construction costs as indicated by engineering cost indexes applicable to the type of construction involved herein.
