Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Army, through the Chief of Engineers, to construct the flood control project for the Mamaroneck and Sheldrake River Basins, New York, and the Byram River, Connecticut, in accordance with the plans set forth in the report of the Chief of Engineers dated April 4, 1979, except that such project shall also include flood protection for the town of Mamaroneck, New York.
