Amends the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 to require the Secretary of the Interior to make available a seven-day admission permit (Grand Circle Adventure Passport) for entry to the Arches National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Capitol Reef National Park, Zion National Park, Mesa Verde National Park, and the Grand Canyon National Park (Grand Circle Adventure) in Utah, Colorado, and Arizona.
