Summary

Antipoisoning Act - Prohibits the use of chemical toxicants on public lands to kill predatory animals or poison other mammals, birds, or reptiles. Permits the Secretary of the Interior or the Secretary of Agriculture to administer programs involving the use of such toxicants. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a research program concerning the control and conservation of predatory animals, and to provide financial assistances to to States proposing programs for predator control. Prohibits the manufacture, sale, or possession of certain chemical toxicants. Directs the Environmental Protection Agency to establish a system of recordkeeping and licensing of specified chemicals.
