Summary
Revises the effective date of an amendment made under the Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care Programs Enhancement Act of 2001 of the modification of treatment for retirement annuity purposes of part-time service performed before April 7, 1986, by certain health-care professionals of the Veterans Health Administration of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Requires the Office of Personnel Management to recompute the annuity of such individuals to conform with changes made under this Act.
