Summary
Indian Gaming Regulatory Act Amendments Act of 1994 - Amends the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act to expand the authority of the National Indian Gaming Commission and remove it from the Department of the Interior. Revises requirements and procedures for applicants and licensees. Revises requirements for class I, II, and III gaming on Indian lands. Revises contract and existing compact provisions. Authorizes appropriations. Sets forth provisions concerning gaming on lands acquired after enactment of this Act.
