Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire certain lands within the John Muir National Historic Site, California, to be administered as part of the John Muir National Historic Site. Authorizes appropriations. Authorizes the Secretary, acting through the Director of the National Park Service, to enter into a cooperative agreement with the East Bay Regional Park District of Oakland, California, for the operation and maintenance by such District of trails on lands within such historic site.
