Summary

Rape Victims' Protection Act - Prohibits any State or Federal court, in any criminal or civil action for rape or sexual assault, from ordering the disclosure of the records of any rape counseling or battered women's center or from compelling testimony from the agents or employees of such centers with respect to the substance of their counseling, unless the moving party demonstrates a compelling need for such records or testimony.
