Summary
Wheeling National Heritage Area Act of 2000 - Establishes the Wheeling National Heritage Area in Wheeling, West Virginia. Makes the Wheeling National Heritage Area Corporation the management entity for the Area, which shall implement and coordinate the recommendations contained in the Wheeling National Heritage Area Plan dated August, 1992. Authorizes appropriations.
