Summary
Federal Employee Technology Transfer Act - Provides that appraisals of performance in the performance management and recognition system and Senior Executive Service for Federal employees involved in the awarding and administration of loans, grants, contracts, or other financial support involving Federal expenditures for research and development shall take into account the extent to which such employees: (1) consult and seek advice from non-governmental persons of relevant industries on Federal expenditures for applicable research and development; and (2) ensure to the greatest extent possible that such expenditures shall have practical application beneficial to the national economy without compromising the mission responsibility of the agency.
