Summary
Amends provisions of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (regarding clocks and watches and parts thereof) to extend, through January 1, 2007, the authority of provisions requiring the Secretaries of Commerce and of the Interior to verify the wages paid by each producer to permanent residents of the U.S. insular possessions during the preceding year, and to issue to each producer a production incentive certificate for the applicable amount.
