Summary
Amends the Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program Act of 1994 to: (1) extend the authorization of appropriations for the administration of the Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program through FY 2005; and (2) provide for the Program to be conducted in the District of Columbia, the Commonwealths of Puerto Rico and the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and any other U.S. territory or possession.
