Summary

Minuteman Missile National Historic Site Act of 1998 - Establishes the Minuteman Missile National Historic Site in Pennington and Jackson Counties, South Dakota. Requires the Secretary of the Interior to submit to specified congressional committees a general management plan for the Site and a description of the boundaries necessary to protect integral historic views and landscapes and to provide for administrative support and public use facilities. Authorizes appropriations. Requires the Secretary of the Air Force to transfer to the Director of the National Park Service for use in operating and maintaining the Site any funds specifically appropriated for the maintenance, protection, or preservation of the areas surrounding the Minuteman II ICBM launch control facilities known as Delta l and Delta 9.
