Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture, notwithstanding certain land exchange requirements under specified Federal laws, to exchange certain lands within the Targhee National Forest, including lands located in Idaho and Wyoming. Requires any lands acquired by the Secretary as a result of the exchange authorized under this Act to become part of the adjacent National Forest. Directs the Secretary to carry out such exchange within nine months after the enactment of this Act.
