Summary
Permits the State of Hawaii to claim a refund or credit resulting from any tax overpayment on fuel purchased by the State during calendar years 1992 or 1993 that is prevented at any time before the close of the 18-month period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act, if a claim is filed within such period.
