Democracy in Hong Kong Congressional Gold Medal Act This bill provides for the award of a Congressional Gold Medal to Jimmy Lai Chee-ying, Ryan Law Wai-kwong, Cheung Kim-hung, and all the other individuals who worked for Apple Daily, a Hong Kong media company, in recognition of their commitment to freedom and democracy in Hong Kong.
