Summary
Modifies the project for flood protection on Willow Creek, Oregon, as authorized by the Flood Control Act of 1965, to provide for reformulation and construction of the project for purposes of flood control, recreation, conservation and irrigation. Authorizes advance participation of the Chief of Engineers with the city of Hippner, Oregon, in the design and construction of those units of the city's water supply system which must be relocated as a result of project construction.
